We ship via UPS.  Depending where you live in the US, you will get your package within 5-7 days of the date it was shipped.  We offer Free shipping on any US standard size purchase $99 or over.  Purchases under $99 will ship for a flat rate of $8.  We also offer priority shipping ($15), 1-item next day service ($30), and 2+ item next day service ($50) shipping options.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

We strive to ship the next business day (or sooner).  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will normally ship Monday.

Please note: We currently only ship to the Continental US, and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Address, or US territories. Orders shipping to Florida will incur local sales tax.

Not in love with your online purchase? No problem! We gladly accept return of items with the original tag.   Items must be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.

We currently offer three exchange/return options:

Free return shipping for exchanges within 14 days.
Free return shipping for store credit within 15-30 days.
Refunds accepted within 14 days of original purchase (online purchases only).
Please note:
The original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount
($6 is charged in the case of free shipping).


Any items considered “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

How is tax calculated for my order?

Only orders shipping to Florida will be charged local sales tax.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payment by the following cards:

How do I check the status of my order?

It’s simple. Sign into your account to view your order history.

How do I track my package once it’s been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. Use this number to track your package.

You can also get shipment tracking details for your order when you sign into your account.

What is Final Sale?

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Final Sale items fall under the following categories:

  • Sale Items.
  • Swimwear that is missing the liner.
  • Items with tags not in the original state.
  • Shoes that are returned out of the original box or with visible scuffs.  
  • Items that are worn, stained, altered or damaged in any way.
